Product Time Line:
The quality of your products and time spent with us is our first priority. To help create the perfect items for you, we will send a free image proof within 24-48 hours for your final approval before going to print. Once we receive final approval from you, your product(s) will be ready to ship within 1 - 2 weeks.

Returns & exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We gladly accept cancellations. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing: orders@poppixelprints.com. Please make sure to cite your order number.
